The questions we get asked.

We are not a technical business. Will our staff be able to use this?

Yes. What we build sits inside the tools your staff already use: WhatsApp, email, Excel, your accounting package. If it needs a training course, we have built the wrong thing.

Do we have to replace the systems we already have?

No. We connect to what you run today, whether that is Sage, Xero, an ERP or a set of spreadsheets. Replacing a system is rarely the first job, and often never the job.

How long does it take?

A first automation or report usually takes weeks, not months. Bigger work is split into phases so something useful is in use early.

What does it cost?

Each phase has a fixed scope and price, agreed before it starts. The first conversation is free.

What happens when it gets something wrong?

Anything that matters is checked by a person before it goes out, and every automated step is logged, so you can see what happened and why.

What happens to our data?

It stays yours. It lives in your systems or in an account you own, we do not share it with anyone, and we do not use it to build anything for anyone else.
